The JOSÉ CORREIA uses cookies on the website to improve performance and your experience as a user. This page explains how its policy is applied.
These are small text files that a particular website, when visited by the user, places on your computer or on your mobile device through the browser you have selected.
Placing these cookies will help the website recognize your device for the next time you visit. We use the term cookies in this policy to refer to all files that collect information in this way and the term website to refer to all websites designed and implemented by JOSÉ CORREIA.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The used cookies do not collect information that identifies the user in question. They collect only generic information, such as how users arrive and use the websites or, for example, the area of the country through which they access the website. They only retain information related to your browsing preferences.
At any time, the user may, through his or her browser, decide to be notified of the receipt of cookies as well as block their entry into their system.
The refusal on the website may, however, result in the inability to properly access some of the areas or receive personalized information.
Cookies are used to help determine the usefulness, the interest and the number of uses of the websites, allowing for faster and more efficient browsing and eliminating the need to repeatedly enter the same information on future visits.
They may have different functions, namely:
Essential Cookies: Some cookies are essential to access specific areas of our websites. They enable site navigation and use of your applications, such as accessing secure areas of the website by entering login data. Without these cookies, their services can not be provided.
Analytic Cookies: Used to analyze how users use the website and monitor its performance to improve its performance if necessary. They provide a better quality experience and quickly identify and correct any problems that arise. For example, we use performance cookies to find out which pages are most popular, which method of linking between pages is most effective, or to determine why some pages are receiving error messages. They are used only for the purposes of statistical analysis, without ever collecting personal information.
Feature Cookies: Allow us to recall user preferences. For example, they avoid typing in the user name each time they access a particular website. They can also be used to provide advanced user services, such as allowing comments on an article or news.
In short, they retain your preferences regarding your use of the website, so you do not need to reconfigure the website each time the user visits you.
Third-party cookies: These serve to measure the success of applications and the effectiveness of third-party advertising. We did not use it!
Advertising Cookies: These serve to target advertising based on the interests of each user, allowing you to limit the number of times the ad is displayed. They help measure the effectiveness of advertising. However, they do not identify the user. We did not use it!
The cookies used can be:
Permanent Cookies: They are stored at the level of the browser in their access devices (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.) and are used whenever the user makes a new visit to the website. They are generally used to direct navigation according to the interests of the user, allowing the delivery of a more personalized service.
Session cookies: These are temporary, remain in your browser's cookies until you leave the website. The information obtained allows you to identify problems and provide a better browsing experience.
